High brow Procrastination
Although I planned on spending the day knitting a friend of mine called me and asked if I wanted to try to win tickets to "Wicked" for the evening. (There is a drawing every night and usually around 20 people win rights to pairs of tickets for the show that they can purchase for $25each)We went and, being a Tuesday, the turnout was low. So for $25 each we sat second row center in seats that probably would run over hundred dollars normally. Yay!

if you ever visit new york city, most broadway shows have the similar auction process. in addition, you can buy deeply discounted tickets at certain places in times square.
