Vegan Thai "Creamed" Spinach

So I got the late night munchies and came up with this recipe for a nearly guilt free snack (E2L people will note the salt and fat content may be a bit high for regular consumption, but still within guidelines if you only have it once in the day).

1/2 lb frozen whole leaf spinach (I prefer this over chopped, but either should work, and fresh should work as well)
1T Raw cashew butter
1/2t. Braggs Liquid Aminos or low-sodium soy sauce
1/4t. Mustard seeds

Microwave Spinach for 3 minutes or until nearly cooked.
Pour liquid into a small cup and blend with soy sauce and cashew butter as best you can (will be able to blend more once the mixture is heated.)
Put sauce and mustard seeds in with spinach and microwave for another 1-2 minutes until mixture is hot. Fold mixture until cashew butter has been mixed thoroughly and formed a creamy sauce.

This should be enough for two normal people or one hungry Me.
Enjoy.

*E2L= "Eat to Live" the diet plan I generally try to follow.
